Who should take the HLT?
All household leaders and up
All Chapter Couple Coordinators (CCs) in the family ministry (KFC, CFC-Youth / YFC, SFC).
Preferably, including Parent Support Group for family ministries
Looking at the big picture, it is better that everyone eventually go through the HLT to
Develop generations of leaders
Understand and support our leaders
Help fully embrace the CFC culture
Everyone should be aware of and implement the CFC Guidelines for Business Dealings.
