The Lord's Day is usually celebrated after the completion of a CLP.
It can also be celebrated by a family at home as thanksgiving for the Lord.

Preparations before the event itself
Bread
Prepare sandwiches (e.g., cheese sandwich). Each sandwich is sliced into 4.
This is usually prepared at home but may be prepared at the venue.
Enough sandwiches are prepared for the chapter.
"Wine"
Sparkling apple juice
The chapter household or unit household buys enough bottles of sparkling apple juice (or some other fruit juice that may resembles "wine").
Small cups
Serving trays
The couple, who will lead the celebration, goes through the script / presentation slides and may even rehearse/practice at home.
Preparations at the venue before the event itself
At the back where food is usually prepared, the juice is poured into the cups (on the trays) before the start of the event. This way, the service team has more time in participating in the event.
In front
Set up an altar as we do during a Chapter Prayer Assembly (CPA).
For the couple who will lead the Lord's Day prayer, set up
two seats
two cups (for the "wine")
a small plate for the sandwich
microphone
laptop or a copy of the slides / script
candle
lighter or match
Music Ministry sets up their instruments / things.
Set up the chairs for the chapter.
Celebration itself
The couple leading the Lord's Day celebration sits in front and reads the script.
The music ministry leads the singing according to the timing in the script.
After the celebration
The chapter may make some announcements and bless those celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
There is no need to say the Prayer Before Meals for the fellowship part. The blessing of the food is part of the Lord's Day celebration.
The cups are washed and kept for the next Lord's Day celebration.
