If you have not received your tax receipt after the release date
Check your email's Spam or Junk folder in case the email (with the tax receipt) from the National Office is there.
Look for an email from gtaoffice@couplesforchrist.ca
Update your personal details in your Members Portal. Here is the procedure to update your information.
Inform your Chapter Head that you have updated your Members Portal personal details already and ask to follow up your tax receipt. (This also applies to MCG members since every MCG member has a home chapter.)
The usual cause of delay is missing and/or old personal information.
Your Chapter Head
Checks with chapter members for any missing/delayed tax receipts.
Ensures that all personal details are updated in the OGD / Members Portal.
Consolidates all delayed or missing tax receipts.
Coordinates with the CFC Mission Center and provides the first name, last name, chapter name, email address, home address, and mobile phone number of the members concerned.
Consolidates all reported delayed/missing tax receipts.
Checks and, if needed, updates the system on the personal details of those concerned.
Coordinates with the National Office on the tax receipts.
