Your Information in Members Portal

To view and update your information in the Members Portal

• Log in to the Members Portal.

• There are various options at the left side of the screen.

• Click Member Profile to see this screen.

• • You will see other information like Citizenship, CLP Date, Educational Attainment, and others.

  • Click View QR Code. (More info to get/print a copy.) 

  • Click Edit to update your information.

    • This is useful for various reasons.

      • To celebrate with you.

      • To help you, your family, and our brethren in health and livelihood

      • To support you and your family through the various CFC ministries

      • For GVA (Greater Vancouver Area, Canada), when you change your email address in the Members Portal or OGD and you give First Fruits Offering and/or tithes, inform the CFC Office (cfcvan@cfc.ca) about it. This is so you can receive your tax receipt.

    • Important: For your first name, enter your legal name. This will be used for your CFC/ANCOP tax receipts to avoid issues when you fil your taxes.

  • To save your changes, click Save Changes.

  • To discard your changes, click Close.

  • To update your email address, click here.

  • To update your picture, coordinate with your OGD Encoder.

    • You can email your picture to your OGD Encoder.

    • Use JPG / JPEG format only with 120px by 120px dimensions, 300 dpi.

    • Use a photo that shows your face and shoulder (not full body shot).

    • Use white background.

• Click Service Record to see your Pastoral Service and Program Service records.

• Click Formation to see your completion status for formation track.

  • If you think it needs to be updated, coordinate with your OGD Encoder.

• Click Activities to see the activities and events that you have attended.

• Click Household to see your Household attendance and members.

  • For leaders, you may see your "Upper Household" and "Lower Household" members.

  • For Household Heads (including Unit Head, Chapter Head, Cluster Head, and others), post your household meetings here.

• Click Family Day to add your family day activities.

• Click Tithes. There is no tithe information in the Members Portal.

• Click Downloads to download various CFC documents. This is mainly for Chapter Heads.

• Click 1 on 1 to see or post your 1-on-1 meetings. This is updated by your household head.

• Click Service Meeting to see or post your service meetings. This is updated by your household head.
