Reports - Formation
This is used to get a list of leaders and/or members who have or have not completed the pastoral formation track.
To update someone's formation record, use the Formations module.

Navigate to the Members Formation Report option.
Click Reports at the main menu.
Click Members Formation Report.
Change the area scope, if needed.
To change the Area/Cluster/Chapter
Click area to display the dropdown menu.
If your access is chapter level, you can only see your chapter. You cannot change to another chapter. You cannot access cluster and higher levels. A similar scope limitation applies to cluster, area/sector, and so on.
Type in the your area/sector (not cluster, not chapter). Select the cluster/chapter in your area as needed.
Select the group of people based on their service role.
Skip this step if you want to generate a report for everyone in your scope (for example, in your chapter if you are using a chapter OGD account.
If you need to generate a report for specific people based on their service, click select all to see the dropdown menu.
Click the group of people concerned -- for example, Member, Household Head, Household Leader, Unit Head, Unit Leader.
If you select Member, the report will not include Household Leaders, Unit Leaders, and others in the list.
Generate the Report.
Click GO.
You should see a similar screen (with a progress bar) shown here.
Wait for the OGD to generate the report.
View and understand the report.
OGD displays the report based on your selection.
Note: The accuracy of the report that OGD generates depends on the data it has.
Limitation: If you see a blank in one of the items (for example, FCL, or CHE), it means that the person has attended all the talks. For example, FCL has 12 talks. The person may have attended none or some of the talks.
For example, FCL has 12 talks. Some people have not attended all the FCL talks. The OGD cannot generate a report to show which of the talks each person has or has not attended.
As of August 2022, the OGD cannot generate a report to show which of the talks within a formation track a person has or has not attended. Some chapters opt to maintain a separate spreadsheet for this purpose.
Scroll through the report to see more records as needed.
Export the report to Excel/CSV.
Scroll down to the bottom for options.
To export the report to Excel, click "Click here to export to EXCEL/CSV". Press Ctrl-J to see the download.
To create a new report, click "Click here to create a NEW REPORT".
