Monthly Pastoral Report (MPR)

In line with providing our top leaders valuable and actionable data or information, we have launched an upgraded version of the Service Meeting Report V2. This is in a form of a new tab, entitled “Pastoral Report .” This tab is a consolidated report which shows the CFC IC (International Council) imperatives in the Mission Commitment Plan (MCP) format.

CFC Leaders from Unit Heads and up must generate their reports every first week of the month using the Pastoral Report.

• Unit Heads - use CFC Members Portal to view the report

• Chapter Heads and up - use OGD (Pastoral Report).

For Unit Heads

• Log in to the Members Portal.

• Click Pastoral Report (left-side menu) to go to the Monthly Pastoral Report module. You may need to scroll down depending on your screen/device.

• Click Generate Report to generate a report. - This might be disabled or may not be available.

• Click View to view an existing report.

• Click Delete to delete an existing report.
