Report a Household Meeting
Reported household meetings appear in OGD reports (e.g., number of household meetings per month).
OGD does not show household meeting details.
Who are able to enter / update attendance details of household meetings in the Members Portal?
Heads of households can enter and update attendance details of their respective household meetings.

To report a household meeting
Click Household to see your Household attendance and members.
For leaders, you may see your "Upper Household" and "Lower Household" members.
To update your household members, click here.
For Household Heads (including Unit Head, Chapter Head, Cluster Head, and others), post your household meetings here.
Click Add Meeting.
Type in the details of your household meeting.
Date, time, topic, title, venue, notes.

IMPORTANT: If your topic is part of the Pastoral Formation track, give the attendance report to your OGD Encoder. Your OGD Encoder will update the OGD records of your household specifically on Formation details.
In the Notes box, you can type the Scripture reading (book, chapter, verses), names of guests, and other information about the meeting.
Click the checkboxes for those who were present.
Click Save to save the changes.
Click Close to discard the changes.
