Governance Reports

As of December 2024, here is a list of governance reports and their locations. These are reference reports used for good governance. More reports will be added / updated as the OGD is developed by GMC (Global Mission Center).

Use these reports as inputs to find ways to improve the status quo, to grow the community in faith and numbers, and to come up with action plans for missionary work.

    • Pastoral Report Tracker - Export the reports to CSV/Excel. Stratify the data to come up with other reports that can guide you.

    • Under Household Reports

      • • This has useful reports, which are good for OGD records that need to be updated and for good governance (e.g., checking who conduct household meetings, checking who have no Household Heads, etc.).

        • Household Attendance Report - When you check an annual report, note that some Household Heads may have started their service recently, which could be a reason why they have no household meetings posted in earlier months.

        • Household Listing

          • • This includes a list of members who do not have a Household Head in the OGD. Please update their OGD records. You can compare this with the Members Without Household report (which is also part of the Household Reports). There maybe Household Heads who recently transferred to another chapter/area or has a new service outside your chapter/area. Make the needed updates in the OGD records of these members.
