Checklist for New Members

This is mainly for Chapter Leaders and the Chapter OGD Encoder.

After you create the OGD records of the new graduates/members

• Create their Members Portal user accounts.

  • • Tell the members to set a user name.

• Update their OGD records.

  • • Personal information

    • Family information

    • Work information

    • ID picture

    • Service information - Assign a Household Head.

• Inform the new members about these details in their Members Portal.

  • • Use a good password.

    • Update their personal information.

    • Enter Family Day activities.

    • View the Pastoral Formation Track to know the various talks.

    • View their Upper Household.

• Order their member's ID. Coordinate with your Chapter Head.

• Inform them about the Formation Track especially, the First Year Formation.

• Teach them what the Lord's Day celebration is about.

• Set the schedule for and organize the Covenant Orientation, Financial Stewardship, and MER (for CFC) / HER (for HOLD) / SER (for SFC).
