Members Portal Password Retrieval Error
In case you get an error when you try to retrieve your password, contact your OGD administrator.
Possible causes:
Wrong or invalid email address in the Members Portal and/or OGD account.
The email address may have a space at the end.
The email address may have an invalid character.
The email address may be wrong.
Unless otherwise stated, the steps below are for the OGD Administrator to do.
Part 1: Change the email address in the OGD.
Log in to the OGD.
Click Members.
Access the member's record with the password issue.
Copy the email address to a notepad.
Change the email address to your email address.
Click Save Changes.
Do not log out yet.
Part 2: Retrieve the Members Portal account password.
Check your email for the new password.
Part 3: Let the member change the password.
Log in to the Members Portal using the new password.
Change the password. If not done yet, set the username.
Part 4: Change the email address back in the OGD.
Assuming the OGD session in Part 1 has not timed out
Change the email address to the original email address of the member.
Click Save Changes.
Log out.
