Members Portal Password Retrieval Error

In case you get an error when you try to retrieve your password, contact your OGD administrator.

Possible causes:

  • Wrong or invalid email address in the Members Portal and/or OGD account.

      • The email address may have a space at the end.

      • The email address may have an invalid character.

      • The email address may be wrong.


Unless otherwise stated, the steps below are for the OGD Administrator to do.


Part 1: Change the email address in the OGD.

  • Log in to the OGD.

  • Click Members.

  • Access the member's record with the password issue.

  • Copy the email address to a notepad.

  • Change the email address to your email address.

  • Click Save Changes.

  • Do not log out yet.


Part 2: Retrieve the Members Portal account password.


Part 3: Let the member change the password.


Part 4: Change the email address back in the OGD.

Assuming the OGD session in Part 1 has not timed out

  • Change the email address to the original email address of the member.

  • Click Save Changes.

  • Log out.
