Incomplete Household Members in Members Portal
Issue:
A Household Head sees an incomplete list of Household Members in his Members Portal account.
Solution:
For the OGD Encoder
Log in to the OGD.
Check the record of each Member if the pastoral service record needs to be updated. Update the entries as needed.
If a Member's pastoral service record appears to be up-to-date -- that is, the current Household Head appears in the Member's newest/latest pastoral service record, do these steps.
Let's call the Member's newest/latest pastoral service record as Record 1.
Copy the details of Record 1-- From date, To date, Area/Chapter, Household Head -- to a notepad.
Create a new pastoral service record using the details from Record 1. Let's call this new entry as Record 2.
Delete Record 1.
Make sure the details of Record 2 are correct.
For the Household Head
Log in to the Members Portal.
Confirm if all your Household Members appear in the list of your lower household.
