Family Ministries

Family Ministries include KFC, YFC, SFC, SOLD, HOLD, and CFC.

• CFC Family Ministry Couple Coordinators (CCs) do not have pastoral responsibility over other members, even though they serve with other CCs and members of their ministry.
• For example, Cluster KFC CCs serve with Chapter KFC CCs.
  • The Household Head of the Cluster KFC CC is the Cluster Head.
  • The Household Head of the Chapter KFC CC is the Chapter Head.
• Each Family Ministry has its separate OGD system. There is no integration between these systems yet.

• For Chapter-level Couple Coordinators (CC), what do I put in the Pastoral Service Record and Service Role?
  • Area
    • Chapter level
  • Pastoral Service Record
    • Member
    • Household Head is the Chapter Head (or Unit Head, if part of a unit household)
  • Service Role = the appropriate role
    • Example: Family Min Coordinator, KFC Coordinator.
  • If the CC is also a Unit Head/Leader or Household Head/Leader, the Pastoral Service Record should reflect his/her pastoral role.
    • For example: The KFC CC is a Household Head.
      • Pastoral Service Record:
        • Service: Household Head
        • Household Head: Unit Head
      • Service Role = KFC Coordinator
