Create Members Portal Account

In this web site, the term OGD Encoder pertains to the Mission Support Coordinator, OGD Administrator, or the person who is in charge of updating the OGD records in your chapter or sector/area.

The OGD Encoder or the member can create the CFC Global Members Portal user account.

Steps to create a Members Portal user account

• Run a web browser and go to the Members Portal.

• You will reach this web page.

• Click Create to reach this screen.

• Type in your Member ID Number and email address.

  • • Note: This email address must be the same email address in your OGD account.

    • If you get an error, coordinate with your OGD Encoder to check the email address in your OGD record. There must only be one email address listed there.

    • If you do not remember your Member ID Number, click Create by name.

• • • • Select your Family Ministry (CFC, HOLD, SFC, YFC, KFC).

      • Type in your name and email address details.

• Click Create.

  • • You can find your Member ID Number in your CFC ID.

• • • IM-yyyy-xxxxxx - This is for International Missions (IM) or countries outside the Philippines.

    • PM-yyyy-xxxxxx - This is for Provincial Missions (PM) or Philippine provincial areas (outside Metro Manila)

    • MM-yyyy-xxxxxx - This is for Metro Manila Missions (MM) in the Philippines.

    • If you changed your location (for example, from Philippines to Canada or USA), there is no need to change your ID number.

• When your Members Portal account creation is successful, you will get a confirmation message. 

  • • Click here if you get an error message.

• You will receive an email that has your log-in details (user name and password).

  • • This is based on the email address used in the account creation.

• Use your log-in details to log in to the Members Portal.

    • IMPORTANT: Remember to do the following:

      • • Change and use a good password.

        • Set a username, which you can use to log in instead of your CFC Member ID Number.
