Formations

The OGD Formations feature lets us keep track of the progress of pastoral formation of every member.

This shows the number of members, who have completed the talks.

• Click the retrieve button for each formation track to see the number of members who have attended the talks.

• Click on the number of members to see who have attended the talks. OGD displays in sets of 10 members.

To generate reports on Formation progress/completion, use the Reports module.

You can manually add members who have completed the track. Note that when you add a member here, it will reflect that the member has complete all the talks for that track -- e.g., 2 talks for Evangelization Training.
