During my first placement at Becker Elementary, I maintained a student data binder where I consistently monitored the progress of students on their IEP goals. This binder served as a comprehensive tool to track each student's growth, allowing me to collect and analyze data multiple times per week. By doing so, I was able to make informed decisions and tailor my instruction to better meet each student's needs. This practice not only helped me stay organized but also ensured that I provided the necessary support to help my students achieve their goals. I pulled data from one of my students for this assignment and reflected on their progress.
