I created a rubric to evaluate the effectiveness of a teacher in a STEAM setting. In theory, this rubric could be adapted just slightly for use in any content area. In the rubric, 7 different categories can be found with 3-5 specific criteria each. Teaching Rubrics are a vital part of growing as an educator, but the right rubric must be used. I have included how teachers will get assessed and evaluated by using the rubric as well as an explanation of the importance of each standard that I created.
