Free Recall Paper

Classmate Carter Moore and I collaborated to create this paper over the before reading strategy, free recall. Included in this paper is a summary of the stategy presented, rationale for selecting free recall, our research base, an analysis of free recalls strengths, appropriate applications of free recall, and both Carter and I's reflections of the strategy. Researching this before reading strategy allowed me to gain insights into the effectiveness of engaging students in free recall before they start reading. I will definitely be using this strategy in my future classroom. Including this strategy in this folder will allow me to come back to this strategy and utilize it in my classroom.
