Investigating a Facebook group dedicated to the science of reading with my PLC group was incredibly beneficial. It provided us with the opportunity to stay current with the latest discussions and trends in the field of reading instruction. By engaging with real-world conversations about the science of reading, we were able to gain valuable insights, exchange ideas, and expand our knowledge base. This experience not only kept us informed about best practices but also encouraged us to reflect on our teaching methods and consider new approaches to support our students' literacy development effectively.
