Future Engineers

Through this lesson, I co-taught homeschool students aged 7-15 in learning the Engineering Process. Students broke into groups to fill out their engineering process worksheet which helped them plan their strategy to build a tower using only marshmallows and toothpicks. After planning, students had 8 minutes to work as a team and build their tower. Students then reflected on what they could have done better and revised their designs on the worksheet. They then rebuilt their towers reflecting on their revisions.
