Celebration Evening and AGM

This is our annual general meeting which is held every year in May for all parents. There is as short AGM followed by presentations from each of the sections, followed by refreshments. 

In 2019 it was held on Tuesday 21st May 2019 from from 6:30pm-8:30pm which was be a special Centenary Celebration Evening. It followed a similar format to previous years which includes fun games and activities for the Beavers and Cubs led by the Scouts. Parents will have an opportunity to socialise with other parents with drinks and nibbles whilst seeing what Scouting offers. There was a barbecue. We took a Group Anniversary Photo as done in previous anniversaries.
