Thank you to everyone who donated chocolate for the Chocolate Tombola at the Winter Fair yesterday. The prizes were well received and this raised £101.50 for the Group

Also I would like to thank the two families who came and did a large amount of work at the clear up the weekend before. If we had of had some more though we would have been able to have done some more work and it would have been better than relying on a small number to do the work. As the building is 50 years old it is needing more maintenance to keep it going.

On our inspection of the building as part of the clear up it was thought that we could do with having two voluntary roles within the group which are a Maintenance Manager and a Store Master, a role that has been vacant for the last few years. If anyone is interested in helping in either of these roles that would be much appreciated.

Anyone willing to join the committee responsible for the building to help us keep using it for many more years would also be appreciated, we only meet about 4 times a year, depending on what needs doing.

As a Association run by volunteers anything you could do would be helpful
