1st Radlett Scout Group is run by volunteers so we can bring Scouting to the young people of Radlett. We said goodbye at the end of the summer term to Karen, Assistant Beaver Leader who moved away from Radlett, thank you to her for all her help over the last couple of years. We are extremely grateful to those who volunteer as Leaders running weekly meetings as well as those on our Executive committee as Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Site Manager.
You should all have received a letter appealing for help within the Scout group as we are seeking adult volunteers to become leaders, particularly within the Scouts and also to help with administration and preparation for meetings. Thank you to Clare who is now helping the Cubs with these vital background roles. We would also benefit from some parent volunteers on the Group Executive, helping to run the group, particularly with fundraising events.
