Memorandum of Understanding with MauBank-Friday 21 July 2017

An MOU has been signed between the University of Mauritius and Maubank concerning a Graduate Programme which will allow fresh unemployed graduates to complete a Post Graduate diploma in Banking Studies . Graduates will be trained on field at MauBank and the programme will consist of theoretical and practical components.
The Vice chancellor stressed on the importance of partnering with recognized institutions such as MauBank with a view to accompany the students who have finished their University Studies in their search for a job.
He further informed of possibilities in other areas of collaboration in the financial sector such as Fintech “business that aims at providing financial services by making use of software and modern technology " for a win -win situation.
