PRE-CALCULUS

This course is designed to provide students with the background needed to begin college calculus in their freshman year in college. Computers and calculators are used as tools to analyze real-life types of problems. The class requires reading and problem solving. Projects may be used to provide opportunities for independent study. Additionally, ACT preparation and for the Mathematics and Science portion will be reviewed throughout the school year.
