Curriculum Quality Assurance (CQA) Curriculum Quality is here to assist with innovative, evidence-driven curriculum initiatives that are student-focused, career-relevant, and inclusive. General Course Design
The Digital Learning (DL) team supports development, integration, research and evaluation of digital learning practices in undergraduate and graduate curricula. The team can help you consider ways to incorporate technology into your classroom, whether through technology-enhanced teaching, blended learning, or fully-online course design.
Tech for Teaching is a page of curated resources to support technological implementation in the classroom. It also includes information regarding the Tech for Teaching Studio, and small but flexible space that faculty and instructors can book in to produce multimedia materials for their classes, with the help of the studio team.
The Digital Media Projects (DMP) is the Computing and Communications Services (CCS) unit that sits within CELT. It provides faculty and staff with technical support in the use of institutionally-supported educational technology. Resources you will find here include but are not limited to:
A comprehensive guide to D2L Brightspace for Instructors
Knowledge Hub centralizes key information on Brightspace shell management, online teaching tech, best practices, data ownership, copyright, the evolution of digital tools and information on using third party tools that have not been vetted by CCS.
Experiential Learning serves as a hub for knowledge and resources for those interested in creating experience-based course delivery. EL's Community of Practice provides a forum for staff and faculty involved in experiential learning to discuss questions and issues surrounding experiential learning.
