If an undergraduate student has a complaint or wishes to escalate their concern (after following the formal appeal process), please contact Krista Vogt, Executive DIrector, TRSM Student Services at kvogt@torontomu.ca. Krista manages all undergraduate escalations regardless of the content of the complaint/issue.
Students in crisis have several supports at TMU. The Student Care office works to identify students in distress or address disruptive student behaviour. Make a referral to their office.
