TED ROGERS BUILDING FACTS

The Ted Rogers School building is a joint venture between Toronto Metropolitan University and Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd. Toronto Metropolitan owns 220,000 net square feet of the building, which connects to the Eaton Centre near Dundas subway station. It is cooled by Enwave’s Deep Lake Water Cooling and heated in winter with Enwave steam.
