If you are a faculty member and wish to have an academically related booking (ie. scheduling of your regular courses, make-up exams, tutorials or class breakouts), please contact your respective AA or DA.
If you are an AA or DA, you must contact your designated scheduler in University Scheduling.

For other high-capacity room bookings on campus, contact TMU Space Reservations (spacereservations@torontomu.ca).
Examples of rooms to book with Space Reservations: Commons (POD-250), Sears Atrium (ENG), ENG Auditorium (ENG-103), etc.
For Ted Rogers School: email trs.events@torontomu.ca to arrange for room set-up
This includes furniture (tables and chairs), signage, easels, etc.
In order to meet work order submission date deadlines, the events team requires all your set up information to be submitted at least 15 working days in advance. Please note these deadline dates in your calendars. Late submissions cannot be accommodated and the room must be used “as is”.
"As is" will either be an empty room, or the room may contain the setup from the previous event.
If the event and/or set up is required to be outside of regular working hours (7-3pm); labour charges will be incurred and charged to your account
For Main Campus, non-Ted Rogers School: email fixit@torontomu.ca to arrange for room set-up. The same 12 working day deadline applies.
Contact Media Services at ext 554444 to arrange for a media cart (microphones, speakers, set up of media)
If your event takes place outside of normal business hours in the Ted Rogers School building, make sure to contact Security Services, via email, to inform them of the event (security@torontomu.ca or ext. 555040)
