Academic Accommodation Support (formerly the Access Centre)
At Academic Accommodation Support, our objective is to assist in levelling the playing field for students with disabilities. One of the ways we do this is through facilitating academic accommodation, such as alternative exam formatting, note-taking, or extended time for test writing. The goal of providing accommodation is to allow students equal access to education.

Toronto Metropolitan University’s Senate Policy 159: Academic Accommodation of Students with Disabilities establishes guidelines and procedures for providing academic accommodation for students. If you have any questions about the accommodation process, feel free to contact one of our facilitators.
