There are several ways to print documents at Ted Rogers School. Here are some guidelines to help you choose the best solution for your needs:
Networked Workgroup Printers
Networked printers for faculty and staff are located throughout the building. To find the nearest one, please ask your DA/AA or contact the IT Help Desk. If the printer you need isn’t listed, call the Help Desk at extension 557455 to have it added. These printers default to double-sided printing and are ideal for small to medium print jobs. For printing confidential documents, use the “Print and Hold” feature, which holds the job until you enter a pre-set PIN at the printer. Refer to the Confidential Printing File for detailed instructions on this feature.
Large or Custom Print Jobs
For large or non-standard print jobs such as printing student handouts for Ted Rogers School courses, please use the Multiprint Print Shop at 105 Bond St.
Personal Office Printers
Some faculty and staff have small office printers from their department, suitable for small print jobs and OGF Financial System prints. These printers are more costly to operate and have fewer features than networked printers, so use should be limited. Departments are responsible for their purchase, maintenance, and supplies like toner.
