Equipment purchased through TMU is automatically tagged and inventoried. If you buy equipment independently using TMU funds (e.g. PERF), it must be tagged and inventoried before reimbursement can be processed. Here is a list of equipment that must be tagged before reimbursements can be processed:
Computers (desktops and laptops)
Tablets/iPads
Smartphones
eReaders (e.g. Kindle, Kobo)
Printers
Monitors
Camera Equipment, still or video (but not webcams)
Scanners
Contact the Ted Rogers School Help Desk to have your equipment tagged. Once tagging is confirmed, attach the confirmation email to your expense claim to receive reimbursement.
What Does Not Need To Be Tagged: Accessories such as external hard drives, keyboards, etc. do not need to be tagged.
