For optimal security, connect to the 'TMU' network using your my.torontomu credentials. Whenever possible, use a wired connection in your office. Note: Network printers are not accessible over wireless.

Some office computers connect to the Internet through the phone. If the connection fails, try unplugging the computer from the phone and connecting it directly to the wall jack (using the same port). Contact the Ted Rogers School Help Desk for assistance.

Employees can request an TMU-VPN ID by visiting my.torontomu.ca. Go to Self Service > Personal Account > Security > Manage My VPN Access to request or manage your VPN access, then download and install the software from the Software Download section.
Once your account is set up, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for installing the VPN software on your computer. If you prefer, the Ted Rogers School Help Desk can set up the software for you after you receive the confirmation e-mail from CCS.

Contact CCS Help Desk to book equipment. If you require dedicated staff on-site during the event, please contact the IT Director to make the arrangements (charges may apply).
Recordings can be password-protected so that only certain individuals or groups may view them.

Take the equipment and your store receipt to the Ted Rogers School Help Desk in TRS 1-154.
