FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE

TRSM has a comprehensive first year experience program facilitated by the Student Engagement department within the TRSM Student Services portfolio. This program is called “Fit for Business” and all details can be found on the website. 

First year students are sent the FFB Newsletter every week throughout the school year. Do you want to communicate something specifically to first year students? Contact Paige Fong with your content and she can assist you. 

TMU has a university wide set of programs and services for first year students:

Orientation Week run by Student Life and Learning Support runs just before school begins. There is also Summer JumpStart for those who want to learn more in July and August. International Students have additional orientation programming.
