Time Capsules

For my self portrait I took a picture of myself using photo booth so I would have a reference while drawing, for my still life the closest object to me was a bottle of clear nail polish so I used that for my reference and finally for my last time capsule I used a corner of my dining room for a reference. For my corner of a room time capsule I struggled a lot with the angles and small wall details... I'm not very good at those things but I think all I need is a little more practice with it!

For my time capsules I just used a regular led pencil for the shading and for the artwork itself.

For my time capsules I had to take photos of myself so I could have a good reference of what I was drawing and then had to angle nail polish in a way that I could sketch it out and for the corner of a room I just sat at my dining room table and looked at the walls while doing my drawing. I did practice drawing rooms before I did mine but I struggled with it a lot and they didn't really come out looking like rooms or walls in general, I also didn't know how to position furniture the correct way.
