Sustained Investigation #12

For this project, I wanted to capture some of why the Manatees has been considered endangered. The struggles they face daily with their habitat and boats are the biggest issues. Human presence is the number one issue endangering the manatees, these issues include Boats, and pollutions.

For this project, I used watercolor paper and paints, watercolor brushes.

I researched why they were considered endangered. I sketched out a couple of ideas with the manatees different items that were possibly causing them harm. The water are their primary habitats so I knew I wanted to be able to capture of those within my project. I added in the main reasons that affect their habits with using a boat fin.
