Time Capsules

This project relates to my life because all three of these drawings belong to me in a way. I mainly just used pencil since I didn't really want to add color to my drawings since I liked them the way they were.

At first I experimented with different hand positions to see which one I liked the most and picked the one that looked the best. I wasn't sure what to draw for the third time capsule which is what do you depend on the most. I was going to draw a book because I depend on books most of the time, but decided against it and chose to draw my phone because I depend on my phone most of the time to listen to music. I think now that I am looking at my cropped self portrait I think I could've done a better job. I could've add color to the eyes to make them pop a bit more but other than that I think thats the only thing I would change.
