Assemblage Sculpture

My insipration to make this was that my sword wasnt really working, so I decided to make something that would be more stable. And an axe blade would be more stable when it was glued and taped on, so I switched to that Idea and went with it. I think I like it more than the sword, I think it looks better than the sword would. As well as its more stable than before.

The process of making this project was to first make the handle, which was just crumpled paper and taped around the whole thing. After that I cut out the blades with cardboard, adn the last step was taping and glueing everything on, and adding the newspaper for a more finished look.
