My idea for this piece was I saw this drop of ink and immediately thought of a gnome, which then gave me the idea to make more and mor and line them. And finally make small designs on their hats. 

This was made with Pen on drawing paper.

The process of making this was I had to first look at pictures of these gnomes, which I had laying in my house and I found some images online. Then I made each gnome have different mustaches or beards with slight forms of uniqueness to each gnome. Finally I filled in their hats with designs to make them pop more.
