My inspiration to making this was that the rules were there had to be 20 circles, and I wanted to use paint pastels. So I thought to make something really colorful, but I also wanted to give it some contrast. So I aded black circles and added white to make them pop.

My process was to first sketch my circles, then fill in the background and blend. After that i filled in every circle with black sharpie, and fianlly aI filled each circle in with sharpie.
