My inspiration for this was that I wanted to show contrast, and I thought that the sky represents that perfectly. So I found some reference pictures of mine from a summer ago. And then I made sure that this was accurate through other pictures that I had.

My process was to first sketch where I wanted all of the clouds and color switches to be, then I colored the trees in black. After that, I finally colored all of the clouds in and blended the colors together reflecting the contrast that the  sky shows.
