- Trained and guided Goa baseball teams and has won 93 National trophies-44 National Gold , 34 National Silver, 15 National Bronze
- 13 Goan Baseball teams have won double titles of National Baseball championship

- 16 players from Goa have represented India on International level
- 2 players from Goa have been captain of Indian team for international championship.
Represented India as chief coach:
- Represented India at Taiwan Chinese Taipei in Aug 2001 as a Chief Coach.
- Represented India in International Clinic for selected Baseball coaches, held at Bangkok, Thailand in 2003.
- Chief coach of sub-Junior team at Tokyo, Japan in Aug 2006
- Represented India in 4th Women World Cup Baseball Championship at Japan in Aug 2008
- Represented India in USA Top professional Baseball clubs at Florida and undergone training in advanced coaching.
Organisation of National Events:
- Instrumental in organizing ’06 National Baseball Championships in Goa.
- Supported Sports Department to organize school National Championships in Goa in various student vacation days
- Initiated the construction of Baseball stadium at Borim
State Awards won:
- Best coach award of South Goa Journalist in 2000
- Sports award for best coach 2001-02
- Outstanding Young Indian Coach Award of Goa Jaycee 2006

- Won several State Championships in different sports like Baseball, Kho-kho, Weightlifting, Athletics
- 300 students from different schools represented the State in different sports
