Possibly 2 states described similarly to AD
(State 1: Late prints show weak facial lines and broadened networks.
State 2: Restoration of engraving, thinned check letters, especially the upper D, and a new burr in the right hand margin.)

Not sure about states, though this does appear to be a strong impression. The left side looks to have been re-cut.
