Folkard states:

State 1 - East side weak at top. One state 1 copy looking very worn.

This is based on 4 copies of state 1. He missed the fact that the west side of this impression is also very weak. I have one copy which for the moment I will leave unallocated. It could be that later states are similar in appearance to state 1, but we need more examples before judgement.
