This is an important stamp. This is an early date which fits with a repair soon after some 155 st2s were printed and perfed. This stamp has to be state 3. This repair is a re-entry with left side restored and background a little stronger. Letters clearly re-cut.

I think this is a group apart from above as the background latticework has been very much strengthened.

This could be allied to this last (?) group, especially given that it is cancelled with a Scots Local.
