Simple single cds with Mauritius at base. 24.5mm diameter. This cancel is very similar to RDR.cds5 and is not easy to differentiate. Apart from the size of the cancel, there is a slight difference in font and arrangement. The Rs on this cancel have the right leg come down parallel with the left. Also, the Is either side of the V are also nearly parralel with the sides of the V. Known dates of use 14 March 1912 – 21 October 1926. Proud’s D6.

Apart from the size of the cancel, there is a slight difference in font and arrangement. The Rs on this cancel have the right leg come down at an angle to the left. Also, the Is either side of the V are at an angle the sides of the V, forming a kind of open M. Known dates of use 3 May 1928 – 28 June 1946. Proud’s D7.
