Mark to left of upper F in some prints (11.7.64).

I have several copies of this position, none of which shows the above mentioned mark. The fact that the PPSC implied that the mark was evident in more that one copy, so is semi constant. The date specified is early in the life of the plate, so would have been faint. Perhaps it is a slight blur that wore away quickly with plate use.
