State 1:- East side weak near base, becoming weaker; West side weak.
State 2:- East side stronger, west side slightly stronger; East and west networks slightly thinner; Postage and value compressed; East star thicker; West star doubled; N & W sides, NW sq and base line all thicker.
Sounds very exciting. However, all we have at the moment is a slightly late usage of a state 1 showing a little wear, courtesy of Steve Blackledge.
