State unallocated. This example is showing a constant mark in the NE square, which is just visible in the dated example below, with a more minor mark near the E side of the square. Therefore certainly pre Jan 1867 and probably quite early in the plates life. The right side line is very heavy, especially in the top half of the stamp.
