Stanley Armitage

John was the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Armitage, of Horbury, Yorkshire. He was born about 1926.

John was a Sergeant in 103^rd Squadron of the of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve (Service number 1590063) and died on 19^th March 1945, aged 19. He has no known grave, having died on an operation. His name is commemorated on Panel 273 of the Runnymede Memorial.
