Kid Buu Saga
The Kid Buu Saga is a saga of episodes from Dragon Ball Z. It is the first part of the final saga of the series and the last half of Season Nine produced by Toei Animation, based from the penultimate volumes of the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama.
The saga deals with Kid Buu the final form of Majin Buu. This version of Kid Buu resembles a small Super Buu. Kibito-shin reveals that this is the original state of Majin Buu. This saga aired in Japan from August 1995 to December 1995. The first English airing of the series was on Cartoon Network where FUNimation Entertainment's dub of the series ran from November 2002 to March 2003. The episodes also aired in Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Australia, and the Republic of Ireland.
The 30th Anniversary timeline splits the final four episodes, set after the ten-year gap containing Dragon Ball Super, into a separate Peaceful World Saga. This saga is part of U.S. season nine.
